As a Casual Call Centre Operator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information, handling enquiries professionally, and delivering outstanding service over the phone and through digital communication channels.
Your Role Will Include
Assisting customers with Melbourne Royal Show, event and ticketing enquiries via phone
Providing accurate information, ticketing guidance, and exceptional customer service
Managing a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner
Recording customer interactions and updating information accurately across internal systems
Resolving customer enquiries or escalating complex issues where required
Creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer

What We're Looking For
Previous call center experience is essential
Must be 18 years or older




Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to manage high call volumes
Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems
Full availability to work across the Pre Show from 07 September **** and During Melbourne Royal Show period:Thursday 24 September – Sunday 4 October ****
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
