Job Opportunities - Maintenance Fitters & Mechanical Fitters (Longwarry)
Our client is seeking experienced Mechanical/Maintenance Fitters to join a well-established maintenance team within a high-speed food and beverage production environment.
You will be working with industry-leading automated equipment and play a key role in ensuring site reliability and performance.
Shift Rotation (3 Weeks)
Week 1: Afternoon 2:00pm-10:00pm + on‐call 10:00pm-6:00am (incl. weekends)
Week 2: Mid 8:00am-4:00pm
Week 3: Day 6:00am-2:00pm
Afternoon shift includes on‐call rotation
$350 per week on‐call allowance,
Allowance paid every three weeks
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot high‐speed automated machinery
Faultfinding and breakdown support
Conduct quality and safety checks
Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams
Adhere to GMP, safety,



and company procedures
About You
Trade Qualified Maintenance Fitter
Experience in fast‐paced manufacturing or automation
Knowledge of GMP and safety compliance
Team‐focused with strong communication skills
