We're looking for an experiencedDispatch Coordinatorto take ownership of our outbound dispatch operations while leading a small team across the warehouse and sales administration functions.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate the daily dispatch schedule for all outgoing customer orders
Lead and support warehouse staff and the sales administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Book and coordinate freight with transport providers and couriers
Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, labelled and dispatched
Prepare dispatch documentation including freight labels and consignment notes




Track deliveries and proactively resolve any dispatch issues
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations to meet customer expectations
Maintain accurate dispatch records and systems
Promote a safe, organised and efficient dispatch area
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role
Experience leading or supervising warehouse and administration teams
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Confidence coordinating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with freight booking systems and general computer literacy
