Duties:
Working alongside a longstanding team (4 - 15 years of tenure), this role will be shaped in consultation with you
Take and address inquiries
Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Undertake rent reviews & increases
General client and contractor management
Liaise with the Routines & Leasing team
Recent business if you choose to for additional commission
Specific requirements:

Real Estate registration and car / drivers license
Demonstrated ability to manage a residential portfolio
Living locally would be an advantage, or good knowledge of the Eastern Suburbs
ProperyMe experience preferred (but not essential)
