As one of Australia's fastest-growing providers across the NDIS, Home Care and Residential Aged Care sectors, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Specialist to help us build high-performing teams across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple service lines, partnering with operational leaders to attract, engage and onboard outstanding people who align with our culture and values.
About the Role
Lead end-to-end recruitment across NDIS, Home Care and Residential Aged Care (RAC).
Recruit across multiple states, including Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania.
Source, screen, interview and recommend high-quality candidates.
Create and manage SEEK and other recruitment advertisements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
Conduct reference checks, compliance checks and onboarding activities.




Partner with managers to understand workforce planning requirements.
Promote Ambition Health Group as an employer of choice.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
About You
Previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Strong experience recruiting within theNDIS,Aged CareandResidential Aged Care (RAC)sectors.
Exceptional interviewing and talent identification skills.
Experience recruiting across multiple locations or states.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Requirements
Previous recruitment experience.
Experience within NDIS, Home Care or Residential Aged Care.
Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current Driver Licence.
