The Disability Trust is seeking a Community Programs Facilitator to plan, deliver and review inclusive community programs for people with disability, building social and recreational skills and promoting independence within the local community.
This permanent full time role runs Monday–Friday from our Miranda and Campbelltown offices.
You will facilitate group activities, develop engaging programs, and support participants with a person-centred approach while ensuring safety and quality.
