Based in Flora Hill VIC, you'll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres - providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope
Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces
Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows
Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks
Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands-on support
Act as first contact for in office queries and upscale urgent issues
Manage equipment and supplies,



reporting faults and maintaining stock
Follow all OH&S; policies and procedures
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous cleaning experience
Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team
Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
A smartphone for work communication
Valid working rights in Australia
Driver's licence and reliable car (essential)
Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
