What you'll do
Oversee financial assessments and modeling for potential mergers and acquisitions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and execute strategic deals that align with corporate objectives.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or mergers and acquisitions.
A degree in finance, business, or a related field.




Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
Nice to have
Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
An MBA or other advanced degree.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in financial software and tools used for analysis and modeling.
Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis methodologies.
