Job Description
Chemblast Industrial Coating is looking for a qualified and skilled Industrial Spraypainters that will be responsible for preparing and painting a variety of industrial surfaces using advanced spray-painting techniques to ensure our products meet the highest standards of durability and presentation in our facility in Warrnambool VIC.
The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess:
Surface preparation includes sanding, masking, and priming.
Spray application of protective and decorative coatings.
Mixing paints and achieving accurate color matches.
Quality-checking finished work against specifications.
Maintaining spray booths, tools, and equipment.




Adhering to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.
Skills & Abilities:
Proven experience as an industrial spray painter (trade qualification desirable).
Robust knowledge of spray-painting equipment and techniques.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Safety-conscious mindset.
Salary range is $70,000 - $85,000pa commensurate with experience.
Fulltime Position available.
