The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Lifestyle Officer to join our team.
In this role you will:
Deliver personalised support to empower residents in maintaining their independence and dignity while engaging in daily lifestyle activities.
Document observations on assessment charts and records any variations from the care plan in progress notes, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Commit to meeting residents' needs with empathy and dignity, fostering a supportive and respectful environment.
About You:
We are looking for some who:
Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or working towards
A willingness and ability to work shifts including in our Memory Support Unit varying from Monday-Saturday 9-5 including Public Holidays
Basic computer skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
