Through our distribution businesses, The Better Food Distribution Co and The Forage Company, we also represent more than 30 premium food and beverage brands including Remedy, Fever Tree, Tony's Chocolonely, Proper Crisps, Health Lab and FUNDAY.
As our business continues to grow, we're expanding our field team and looking for a motivated Merchandiser to join us.

This hands‐on role offers the chance to build valuable FMCG experience, work with experienced sales professionals and be part of a growing business with long‐term development opportunities.
You'll support retailers across Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs on a full‐time basis.
Whether you've worked in hospitality, supermarkets, retail or another fast‐paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role
Growing our brand presence in each category
Shelf refilling and replenishing (particularly important for our high‐volume brands like Remedy)
Cutting in new products/line extensions
Promotional compliance
Planogram and fridge asset compliance, relays
Implementation of POS
Supporting the territory sales rep with re‐orders and general in‐store intel
Working closely and collaboratively with our other sales reps and brand owners
Step into a sales rep route relief when required
About You

Have a great work ethic; you're known for getting outstanding things done on time
Have the drive, motivation, and energy to represent our brands and work with our customers to help grow their business
Value the importance of teamwork; you love supporting your fellow teammates to make the dream work
Enjoy a physically active role and being on the move throughout the day
Have regular access to a reliable car/van and a current driver's license.
It would be preferable for merchandisers to live in or close to the area they will work in.
