What you'll do
Lead the advancement of the Service Request Automation capability to enhance client interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that simplify complex banking processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services or technology sectors.
Proven track record of managing digital product lifecycles from conception to launch.




Solid understanding of institutional banking and transaction processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with data analytics and user experience design principles.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in product management tools and software.
Knowledge of digital banking platforms and service automation technologies.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
