Collaborate closely with the Product team and key stakeholders to develop commercially relevant ranges.
Manage design projects in line with seasonal calendars and critical deadlines.
About You

Ideally, you will bring:
A diploma or degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Finished Art or a related discipline.
Experience in textile, surface pattern, product or homewares design (highly regarded).
Solid Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
The ability to create original artwork and prepare production ready files.
Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of commercial design.
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
A genuine passion for homewares, lifestyle products, colour and design trends.
Why Join Us?
You will be part of a supportive, collaborative and experienced design team where you will have the opportunity to learn, contribute and grow.
You will gain exposure to a broad range of product categories, materials, brands and customers, while developing your creative and commercial design skills in a hands‐on environment.
We also love to look after our team with annual staff product allowances, employee discounts, exclusive sample giveaways, birthday and Christmas gift cards, great office facilities, regular team lunches and celebrations, along with plenty of other little extras.
