As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced travel consultant who loves selling, enjoys building relationships and wants to become a genuine destination specialist.

The Opportunity
This is far more than a reservations role.
You'll become a trusted advisor to travel agents across Australia, helping them create tailored itineraries while building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You'll work alongside an experienced and supportive team where collaboration, learning and product knowledge are highly valued.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating tailor-made luxury holidays throughout the South Pacific.
Consulting with travel agents to understand their clients and recommend the right destinations and resorts.
Confidently converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Managing bookings from quotation through to travel.
Building robust relationships with travel agent partners and preferred suppliers.
Maintaining accurate booking records and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Working closely with your teammates to deliver outstanding service every day.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves selling travel.
You'll ideally have:
At least two years' experience in the travel industry.
Wholesale or retail travel experience.
Experience selling premium or luxury travel (highly regarded).
Experience using a GDS (Galileo preferred).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to continue learning.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who is curious, positive and passionate about helping travel agents create unforgettable holidays for their clients.
