About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Site Supervisor/Foreman to join our team to look after the projects in the western suburbs.
The successful applicant will be working on reserves, wetlands and streetscapes.
The supervisor will work closely and support the Project Manager and Assistant Construction Manager on the completion of projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage site staff daily
Ensure all site resources (labour, machinery, materials, subcontractors etc) are effectively utilized and monitored to achieve timely completion of projects
Conduct project reviews
Manage all regulatory requirements (e.g. Local Council, EPA etc)



and carry out works as per the contracted scope of works
Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Implement and embed a culture of safety on site
Be the mentor for your team!
What is required from you:
White card (Construction Industry) is essential
Valid driver licence is essential
5 years' experience in similar projects of Commercial/ Civil and or High-end Domestic Landscape construction
