The role requires a Diploma of Children's Services, a current First Aid Certificate, and proven leadership experience as a 2IC with a path to the next step.
You will lead and support the centre team, oversee budgets and everyday operations, and build solid relationships with families while ensuring high-quality care for children aged 0-5.
