About You
You're passionate about delivering high-quality care and building genuine connections with clientsin both Residential Aged Care Facilities and Home and Community Care.
You communicate well, bring a positive attitude to your work, and take pride in supporting others to live safely and independently.
Requirements
Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support or equivalent
Minimum of 3 months paid experience in Aged Care
Valid National Police Check
Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone
Able to work in both facilities and HACC
