Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Reconciliation of bank accounts and posting of transactions
Reconciliation and clearing of outstanding items on the General Ledger
Processing general ledger journals
Assist with regulatory requirements such as Tax, FBT, BAS, external audit etc
Processing Intercompany transactions
Assisting with reconciliation & clearing of supplier rebates
Preparation of Supplier rebate invoicing and follow-up for collection
Management & posting of accruals & prepayments items
Administration of the company's motor vehicle leases, fuel etc




Support accounting and analysis of inventory movements as well as KPI and monthly reporting
Transaction analysis to support profit centre & regional managers
Assist the other team members where required
About You
You will be an Assistant Accountant or Junior/Graduate Accountant with some accounting experience and the ability to put your knowledge into further practice.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have exposure in the following:
Previous experience in a finance role, however, some training will be provided.
Previous exposure to month-end processes will be ideal but not essential
Strong Knowledge of Excel
Strong communication skills as well as attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Degree qualified
CPA/ CA – have commenced or are planning to
