The Opportunity
This exciting opportunity will start on dayshift working in the Braeside area, Monday - Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm, for a highly motivatedDispatchWarehouse Administratorto become part of the team.
The casual pay rate will be $*****ph + Pen+ Super, Temp to permanent opportunity for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team to optimise productivity and meet deadlines
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, monitoring inventory levels and initiating replenishments as needed
Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to relevant health, safety, and quality standards
Booking orders, freight and confirming transport with 3PL carriers
Liaise with cross-functional teams to provide updates and address any issues or concerns
Implement and maintain effective systems and processes to enhance warehouse efficiency
Analyse warehouse data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations




Processing of dispatch paperwork for customers
Use WMS to pick and checking goods off picking list (as required)
Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator or similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Thorough understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures
Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and quality regulations and standards
Prior experience in an FMCG environment and/or current forklift license would be highly advantageous but not essential
