You will handle phone calls, book appointments, manage patient billing, scan information, and update medical records while supporting the practice manager and doctors as part of a cohesive team.
The role requires initiative, strong customer service, and skilled telephone manners.
Availability Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm and weekends is expected.
