The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial finance professional who wants to be intimately involved in all commercial aspects of the division and work closely with the senior leadership team.
The Challenge
Work with the senior executives across the business unit to ensure the business is receiving commercial decision support services to enable superior strategic decisions.
Critically, the position will also support the SLT with strategic support for growth, new product and investment initiatives.
Specifically, you will be involved in delivering the following:
Lead all aspects of the Finance, Accounting and Commercial functions for the business unit.
This includes reporting, budgeting and analysis in an accurate, timely manner that meets the needs / drives the performance of the business.
Work with cross functional teams to ensure that business plans and forecasts are understood and owned and reflect current business strategies.
Business case preparation and financial modelling for growth initiatives and investments




Production of P&L; reporting and working with ELT and Heads of to lead and influence integrated and cross functional monthly decision-making forums
Provide leadership support, direction and technical expertise to stakeholders in all aspects of commercial management and provide insights and recommendation for ongoing improvements.
Work closely with the broader finance community to lead the development of common best practice processes and standardised ways of working.
Co-ordinate, manage, deliver, and present the business plan including strategic initiative overlays
Support the ELT and planning team on numerous strategic growth and investment projects.
