Working alongside experienced advisers, you will play an integral role in delivering a seamless client experience while helping to keep the advice process running efficiently from start to finish.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients throughout the financial planning process, from initial enquiries through to ongoing service requirements
Preparing and coordinating advice documentation, client correspondence and implementation paperwork
Managing appointments,



adviser schedules and follow-up activity while ensuring client records remain accurate and up to date
Liaising with providers, platforms and external stakeholders to keep client matters progressing smoothly
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a client service or administrative position, ideally within financial planning, wealth management or a professional services environment.
Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to build positive relationships with clients will be highly valued.
