What You'll Actually Do
As part of our team, you will:
Prepare financials, tax returns, BASs, and other compliance work
Dive into business advisory, tax planning, and value-adding services that make a real difference to our SME clients
Work closely with clients and build robust, meaningful relationships (yep, they will remember your name)
Support junior staff and make a difference to their development




Collaborate with senior management and partners who genuinely care about your growth
You're Our Kind of Person If You...
Have 3-5 years of recent Public Practice experience in Australia
Hold relevant tertiary qualifications (bonus points if you've started CPA or CA!)
Know your way around Xero Practice Manager (not essential, but we won't complain)
Love solving problems and making clients' lives easier
Present well, communicate like a pro, and enjoy a bit of banter with your team
Are proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask "why?"
Permanent Aussie resident or citizen (sorry, no sponsorships!)
