We're looking for a talented Brand & Digital Lead to join our Marketing, Communications & Fundraising team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketing professional who enjoys delivering campaigns, building engaging digital experiences and protecting a trusted national brand.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Communications & Fundraising and a creative, friendly team, you'll play a key role in growing awareness of Kids First Australia and engaging the communities, partners, supporters and stakeholders who make our work possible.
Your new role
As Brand & Digital Lead, you'll lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of Kids First Australia's digital, marketing and brand activities across multiple channels.
You'll manage our website, digital campaigns and marketing collateral while ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand, purpose and strategic priorities.
You'll also coordinate workflow across the Marketing, Communications & Fundraising team, helping deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity with analytics, strategy with execution, and autonomy with collaboration.
In this role you will:
Lead the delivery and optimisation of Kids First Australia's digital channels
Develop engaging content and integrated marketing campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and support organisational objectives.
Drive SEO, SEM and paid social initiatives to improve digital performance and audience growth.
Develop high-quality marketing collateral and digital assets for a wide range of audiences.
Coordinate marketing requests and workflow across the Marketing, Communications & Fundraising team.
Analyse campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing initiatives that support services, fundraising, advocacy and organisational priorities.

You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, thrive on managing multiple priorities and are passionate about using marketing to create positive social impact.
You take initiative, think strategically, and enjoy finding smarter ways to engage audiences and improve performance.

You will bring
Experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
Demonstrated success developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes.
Strong experience managing websites,
social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid social advertising, website analytics and digital performance reporting.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills across a range of audiences and channels.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Outstanding relationship-building and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Experience using digital marketing platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, website content management systems, CRM platforms and email marketing tools such as Ortto (or similar) will be highly regarded.
