Desktop Support Officer (ServiceNow) – 2 Days Per Week | Ongoing
We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Officer to provide onsite IT support in a Microsoft environment on an ongoing part-time basis.
About the Role
2 days per week (ongoing)
Incident and request management using ServiceNow
Windows ***** and Microsoft 365 support
User account administration and troubleshooting
Hardware setup, deployment and break/fix support
Escalate complex issues where required while maintaining ownership of tickets
Skills & Experience
Previous Desktop Support or Service Desk experience
Experience using ServiceNow
Strong Microsoft Windows ***** and Microsoft 365 knowledge
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
Ability to manage and prioritise a busy ticket queue
Strong communication and documentation skills
