ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting into the FP&A; leadership team, this Finance Analyst role plays a key part in delivering insights, analysis, and reporting to support business performance and executive decision-making.
You will work closely with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while contributing to ongoing transformation initiatives across systems, data, and processes.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, building models, and turning financial information into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes.
DUTIES
Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
Analyse financial performance and provide insights on key drivers and variances
Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario analysis
Assist in preparing executive reporting packs and presentations
Support business case development for investments and strategic initiatives
Work closely with Finance Business Partners to deliver commentary and insights
Maintain financial data integrity and support system improvements
Contribute to transformation initiatives including new planning tools and reporting systems
Develop dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
CA/CPA qualified (or working towards)
Experience in FP&A;, commercial finance, or financial analysis role
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and modelling capability
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
Robust attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
Experience in transformation or project environments highly regarded
