About Us
Little Learners – Early Intervention is a growing allied health and early intervention provider supporting children, young people, adults and their families across Melbourne.
Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners and Early Intervention professionals.
We provide services across home, school, childcare, community and telehealth settings.
We are currently seeking a passionate and motivatedOccupational Therapistto join our supportive multidisciplinary team.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, educators and other allied health professionals to provide individualised, evidence-informed support.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting occupational therapy assessments and developing individualised intervention plans
Delivering therapy sessions in homes, schools, childcare centres and community settings
Supporting clients with fine and gross motor skills, sensory regulation, emotional regulation, self-care and daily living skills
Supporting independence, participation and functional capacity
Developing practical strategies for parents, caregivers and educators
Preparing progress reports, assessment reports and other relevant clinical documentation
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Liaising with families, schools, support coordinators and other professionals
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical notes and documentation
Supporting clients to work towards their NDIS and personal goals
About You
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is compassionate, reliable and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.
Essential requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current AHPRA registration
Current Working with Children Check
Current National Police Check
Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
