We're growing, and we're looking formultiple, full-time casual Production Assemblersto join our brand-new Kilsyth facility -with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for those who thrive.

As aProduction Assembler, you'll work with small, delicate fibre optic components, helping to manufacture products that support communication networks around the world.
Success in this role relies onexcellent hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills and meticulous attention to detail.
You'll perform precision-based tasks that require patience, accuracy and a commitment to quality.
What you'll do
Perform precision tasksincluding gluing, polishing, testing and packing to produce high-quality outcomes
Prepare and organisecables, connectors and enclosures by measuring, cutting and stripping components for assembly
Assemblefibre optic products using small tools, specialised equipment and detailed instructions
Inspect and checkwork at every stage to maintain accuracy and strict quality standards
Follow safety proceduresand maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace
Work collaboratively and independentlyto meet production targets and deadlines
What you'll bring
Strong fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination,



with the ability to work confidently with small components and tools
Ameticulous approach to your workand an eye for identifying even minor defects or inconsistencies
Patience, focus and the ability to maintain accuracywhen performing repetitive precision tasks
Awillingnessto learn technical manufacturing processes and quality standards
The ability towork independentlywhile contributing positively to a team environment
Strong organisational skillsand a commitment to workplace safety and quality
Experience in fine detail worksuch as electronics, assembly, jewellery-making, lab work or similar is highly regarded - this role requires robust fine motor skills and a high level of precision and care.
Please note:This role involves detailed assembly work using small components and requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.
It is not a heavy warehouse, pick-packing or machine operation position.
