Amazon in Dandenong South (AU) seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Customer Fulfillment leadership team at the Fulfillment Center.
You will supervise Area Managers, report to the Site Lead, and define processes as operations scale.
Expect 4 days on / 3 off with at least one weekend shift, driving process improvement and a solid safety culture across the site.
You will work with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT) to plan staffing, schedules, and performance, and
