Our Member Experience Contact Centre plays a crucial role in delivering thehigh‐qualityservicewe'reknown for, andwe'relooking for a passionate Customer Service Officer to join our supportive team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast‐pacedenvironment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional member experiences.
We haveafixed-termfull-time opportunityavailable for7 months.

What will I do?
In this role, you will:
Providehigh‐qualityservice to our members over the phone and via email
Deliver clear,accurateinformation about our products,benefitsand policies
Support members with claims,enquiriesand generalassistance
Navigate multiple systems accurately and efficiently
Promote our products and services using plain,member‐friendlylanguage
Work with team members to share knowledge, supportworkloadsand enhance member outcomes
Contribute to key performance indicators, includingfirst‐callresolution and member satisfaction
Identifyopportunities to improve service and support our members proactively
What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Customer service experience - contact centre, hospitality or retail are highly regarded
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to hold engaging, confident conversations with members
Experience navigating multiple systems in a rapid‐pacedenvironment
Strongproblem‐solvingskills and attention to detail
Ability to work full-time hours (7.6 hours per day) Mon 9.30am - 6pm, Tue - Thu 10am - 6pm, and Fri 9am - 5pm
Experience in Private Health Insurance (PHI) or complex service environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.We'llgive you all the right training!
