Key Responsibilities
Depending on your level of experience, your duties may include:
Assisting with the preparation of floors and walls
Measuring, cutting and laying tiles
Mixing and applying adhesives, grout and sealants
Assisting with screeding and waterproofing
Moving materials and maintaining an organised worksite
Reading plans and following job instructions
Completing work safely and to a high standard
Communicating professionally with clients, builders and other trades




Experienced applicants will also be expected to complete tiling work independently and assist with supervising less-experienced team members where required.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
Is physically fit and comfortable completing hands‐on work
Is willing to learn and follow instructions
Can work independently and as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and professional approach
Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Construction Industry White Card
Has reliable transport and a current Australian driver licence
Has Australian working rights
For experienced applicants, relevant tiling qualifications, waterproofing accreditation and your own tools will be highly regarded.
No Experience?
No previous tiling experience is required.
