Greystar is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for Haiku The Yarra and Haiku The Claremont in South Yarra.
You will own maintenance, compliance, and presentation, and lead your own team across two premium communities.
This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours with on-call duties, a robust focus on WHS, capital expenditure budgeting, and quality control of make-ready and inspections.
Experience in residential facilities and a proactive customer-service mindset are essential.
