Your Day-to-Day
As a Retail Trade Sales Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Driving Sales:Processing transactions for both in-store and phone orders.
Customer Engagement:Informing customers about our latest promotions and special offers, ensuring they get the best deals.
Problem Solving:Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently, offering effective solutions.
Store Presentation:Managing merchandising and maintaining engaging store displays.
Continuous Learning:Participating in regular training and development to deepen your power tool knowledge and enhance your sales skills.
Weekend Work:This role operates on an11-day fortnightlyroster, which includes one rostered weekend day each week.
Set Hours:Set rosters with flexibility.
