About the Role
Asour Accounts and Inventory Coordinator,reporting directly to the Finance and Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our accounts running smoothly.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Accounts Receivable – receipting payments, debtor management, bank reconciliations, processing & approving new customer accounts.
Accounts Payable – processing supplier purchase orders and invoices.
Inventory co-ordination & support
Admin and Internal sales support
Proactively supporting day to day operations,



and other business areas as required
Reporting and data entry
About You
You're a self-starter, who's great with numbers, loves organizing and completing tasks accurately, and enjoys a dynamic role.
A great attitude and willingness to learn
A Team player who likes to make a difference
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate+ Excel and IT skills
Relevant Tertiary qualifications will be considered favourably
A personal passion for natural health, beauty, wellness and/or a plant-based lifestyle
