About the role
Section 4 Security is seeking a Casual, Part time or full-time, to join our team in a High End -Retail environment.
you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' protection of staff, customers, merchandise, and store assets, while maintaining the premium image of the brand through a professional presence and high standards of conduct.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a security officer or in a similar role,
ideally within the experience in high-end or retail security.
Impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and qualified in challenging situations
Visible, yet approachable, security presence on the retail floor
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
A current security license and a clean criminal record check
Class 1A security licence is required
Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays
Australian work rights are required
What you'll be doing
Patrolling premises and monitoring for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches
Responding quickly and appropriately to security incidents or emergencies
Maintaining accurate records and reporting on any security-related matters
