Two Rivers Wines at Denman are seeking a motivated and reliable Vineyard Hand to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our vineyard, ensuring the health and productivity of our vines.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work outdoors in a agile environment and contribute to the production of high-quality grapes.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain vineyard equipment, including tractors, sprayers, harvester, mowers, and pruning tools
Assist with all aspects of vineyard management, including planting, pruning, canopy management, irrigation, and harvesting
Monitor vine health and assist with pest and disease management, including the application of treatments as required
Carry out general maintenance of vineyard infrastructure (Post's, irrigation systems, fencing, etc.)




Record keeping and reporting on vineyard activities
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve vineyard goals
Selection Criteria
Previous experience working in a vineyard or similar agricultural environment
Demonstrated experience operating vineyard equipment and machinery
Knowledge of pest and disease management in viticulture
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Chemical user accreditation (desirable)
Forklift license (desirable)
