We are looking for aCentre Manager for our Victorian locations, responsible for the overall day-to‐day running of the centrse and ensuring a welcoming, high-quality learning environment for all.
About the Role
This is a key position within the centre, with a strong focus on:
Managingparent communicationand building positive relationships with families
Creating warm, engagingcentre environments and vibefor students and staff
Overseeing thedaily operationsto ensure sessions run smoothly and efficiently
Supporting tutors and working collaboratively as part of a wider team
Maintaining high presentation standards across the centre
This role isFULL TIMEand requiresflexibility totravel to other centres if required.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with people.




Ideally, you will demonstrate:
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with parents and students
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A positive, energetic approach to creating a great centre culture
Willingness to support across multiple locations when needed
