Occupational Therapist to service Northern Melbourne suburbs
Ability Rehab is looking to expand our Occupational Therapy Team.
We are looking for:
Current Graduate/Early Career clinicians through to experienced therapists.
Passionate OTs who are looking to work within a dynamic and innovative Occupational Therapy team, alongside an exceptional Speech Pathology team.
An OT that likely lives in close proximity to the Northern Melbourne suburbs as the caseload is between this area and the clinic in Ivanhoe East

Tailored caseload to your area of interest in the adult population (Mental health, ASD/ID/Developmental, Neurological/Physical, or a combination of these).
Create the caseload that you are passionate about and that challenges you to develop and grow.
Daily contact and support from a large group of OTs (18) who have varied clinical experience and knowledge.
A focus on ongoing learning and development, with dedicated learning time embedded into your weekly schedule.
Directors that are OTs (with over 20 years experience each) and are involved in your day-to-day support and career journey.




Weekly learning modules to support your ongoing learning and development.
Monthly peer supervision that promotes peer-to-peer learning and acknowledges the strengths of all members of the team.
PD budget of min $****/yr plus two days leave to complete this

About You
AHPRA Registered (or soon to be).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Excellent communication and time management skills
Current driver's license
