We are committed to serving fresh, high-quality pizzas, parmis and takeaway meals while maintaining a clean, friendly and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Take customer orders in-store, over the phone and through online ordering platforms.
Prepare pizzas, parmis, garlic bread, pasta, sides and other menu items to company standards.
Assist with food preparation and ingredient portioning.
Process cash, EFTPOS and online order collections.
Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
Clean kitchen equipment, preparation areas and customer service areas.
Restock ingredients, packaging and supplies throughout the shift.
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy service periods.




Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Follow all company recipes, procedures and workplace safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a pizza shop, takeaway, restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
Pizza making experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right applicant.
Solid customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Reliable, punctual and well presented.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
Good spoken English.
