Soteria Independent Living is seeking experienced SIL home NDIS Support Workers in Victoria.
The role requires flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekend availability, and a rotating roster including day, evening and overnight shifts.
You will assist clients with daily routines, medication, personal care and community access, while maintaining accurate reports and progress notes and working collaboratively with a supportive team.
