Role Overview
The successful candidate will lead the secondary school (Years 7-12), maintaining momentum in student outcomes, staff development, and whole-school improvement priorities.
You will work closely with the Executive Principal and broader leadership team to:
Provide strategic and operational leadership across the secondary campus
Maintain a strong culture of high expectations for student learning, behaviour, and wellbeing
Lead and support a skilled and committed leadership and teaching team
Ensure continuity in teaching and learning excellence and data-driven improvement
Engage effectively with students, staff, and the wider school community
Key Attributes
Has proven experience in secondary school leadership, ideally at Deputy or Principal level
Demonstrates the ability to lead high-performing teams with clarity, trust, and purpose
Has robust skills in instructional leadership and data-informed decision making
Builds positive, productive relationships across all layers of the school community
Can quickly understand context and provide steady, confident leadership in a short-term appointment
Values collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
