Registered Nurse - Aged Care - JUNIOR RN Night Shift
Role for Junior RN' with 2/3 years of experience with the prospect to develop skills
Work with established team.
Fully electronic care and medication with LEECARE.
2 supportive Clinical Care Managers.
5 Years experience (Approx) - Highly Desirable
Abberfield Aged Care is 142 bed family-owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham.
Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are a 3-minute drive from Highett train station.
We are a well-established home using with many long serving team members.

Upskilling and simple to use electronic care systems
To be successful in this role you will:

Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
Current National Police CheckAn understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
Be vaccinated against COVID 19
Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
