About the Role
Sephora Chadstoneis looking for a passionateFull-Time Beauty Artist or Brow Expertwho loves all things brows — from shaping and waxing to helping customers feel their absolute best.
You must be able to work 38 hours per week and be available nights and weekends from Tuesday to Saturday to assist the team.
You'll bring your beauty expertise to life on the floor, delivering exceptional service while achieving individual and team goals.
Reporting to the Retail & Education Manager, your role will include:
Brow waxing and shaping




Providing personalised customer service and beauty advice
Solving brow dilemmas and creating tailored brow looks
Supporting sales, merchandising, and basic administrative tasks
Achieving sales and performance targets
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you'll need:
Full working rights in Australia
Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and peak trading periods
You may be asked to work across locations
Monthly commission, bonuses, and incentives
Ongoing training with the leaders in brow trends
