The Opportunity
Are you a reliable, hands-on driver who takes pride in delivering exceptional service?
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Delivery Driver with multi-drop experience to join Cadell's team on our morning shift in Epping.
Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, on time delivery of customer orders across our regional runs, while representing Cadell as the face of our business to customers each day.
This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit, thrives in an early-start environment, and is committed to accuracy, safety and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safe and on-time delivery of customer orders across multi-drop runs.
Load, check and verify stock against orders, checking off all delivered product at customer premises.




Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering a positive experience at every drop.
Respond promptly to customer requests, ensuring rapid follow-up and action.
Handle credit returns from customers accurately and efficiently.
Undertake manual handling and heavy lifting of food products in line with safe work procedures.
Complete all delivery documentation and records accurately.
The successful candidates will have:
Current and valid Car or MR truck licence (HR licence advantageous).
Demonstrated multi-drop delivery experience, ideally within food service, logistics or distribution.
Physically fit and able to cope with the manual handling and heavy lifting of food products.
Strong customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
Reliable and proactive attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
Comfortable with early morning starts and willing to participate in random drug and alcohol testing.
