Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedMachine Operatorto join our dynamic team in themanufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience working withCNC press brake machines, CNC laser machines, CNC Panel Folders, CNC Turret Punches,forsheet metal workin a production environment.
As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machines and maintaining high-quality standards in our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintainCNC press brakesfor exact folding of materials.
Operate and maintainCNC laser machinesfor precise cutting, engraving, and shaping of materials.
Operate and maintainCNC Turret Punchfor precise cutting, engraving, and shaping of materials.
Operate and maintainCNC Panel Folderfor precise shaping of materials.
Performfittingtasks including assembling, installing, and adjusting parts and components.
Safely operate forklift to load/unload coils and transport materials within the production area.
Ensure machines are running efficiently,



making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
Monitor production quality, ensuring that products meet specifications and tolerances.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document machine settings, production logs, and maintenance activities.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven experience operatingCNC press brakes, CNC laser machines,CNC Turret Punch, CNC Panel Folder, sheet metal work,performingfittingtasks in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
Solid understanding of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or training is a plus.
Previous experience in amachine operatorrole, especially within the manufacturing industry, is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
