Skills & Experience:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Sound knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standard
Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be flexible, reliable, and proactive
Mandatory Requirements:
Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Current Child Protection training
