Victoria's Local Health Service Network is a partnership with Alexandra District Health, Eastern Health, St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne, as well as Yea & District Memorial Hospital, are now part of the East Metro & Murrindindi Local Health Service Network (LHSN).
Each health service will retain its individual identity, however this new Network will strengthen collaboration, increase access, and improve health outcomes for our community.
About the role
As part of an exciting new pilot project, Eastern Health, as part of the LHSN is welcoming clinicians who are interested in working across the east of Victoria.
The LHSN seeking passionate and motivated Grade 2 Occupational Therapists to join our Allied Health teams across a variety of acute and subacute settings.
You will provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy care to diverse patient groups while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to support optimal outcomes and experiences for patients.
In this role, you will also supervise, teach, and support Grade 1 staff, Allied Health Assistants, and students,



contributing to the ongoing development of occupational therapy services alongside senior clinicians.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
2+ years of Occupational Therapy experience
Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
A strong commitment to high quality care
The ability to work as partof a diverse team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice).
Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role, and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment.
