to join their contemporary chilled warehouse team in Tewkesbury.

The Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you'll play a vital role in the distribution operation, ensuring products are moved, stored and loaded safely and efficiently.
Working within a temperature-controlled warehouse, you'll be responsible for supporting the movement of stock between production and transport, preparing customer orders and maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and organisation.
This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely throughout the warehouse and loading areas.
Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently while ensuring products are secure for transport.
Picking and preparing customer orders accurately from order instructions.
Completing stock rotation and replenishment to maintain product flow and minimise waste.




Carrying out daily warehouse duties while maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Following all Health & Safety and food hygiene procedures.
Working closely with colleagues across the warehouse, production and transport teams to ensure customer orders leave on time.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last three years).
Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT within a warehouse or distribution business.
Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
A positive, reliable and flexible approach to work.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable:
Knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety best practices.
Working Hours
Five days over seven on a rotating shift pattern.
Monday to Saturday working patterns apply.
Multiple shift start times from 4:00am.
Overtime paid at
1.25x
after 40 hours worked.
Additional Information
Applicants will be required to provide a copy of their valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence during the recruitment process.
