A permanent full-time role within a medium sized dealership in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
For an Automotive Parts Manager, Parts Sales Manager, Parts and Accessories Manager, Aftermarket Sales Manager, or Parts Inventory Manager interested in managing the automotive parts department and ensuring the department's operations run smoothly.
Requires Parts Manager Experience

A normal daywill have you:
Manage the inventory of automotive parts and accessories
Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
Train and manage the parts department staff
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Maintain accurate records of parts and accessories inventory
Ensure parts orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations




Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts department
Participate in departmental and dealership meetings

You will need:
Experience as a Parts Manager in the automotive industry
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check
