The Role - Experienced Dental Assistant
We're looking forExperienced Dental Assistantswho are ready to take the lead.
This role is ideal for people with experience who are ready for a recent challenge or are looking to step into more responsibility and help shape the clinical team's success.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Being part of the smooth daily operations of the clinical area
Assisting with clinical stock, ordering, and inventory control with guidance from senior team members.




Supporting and mentoring dental assistants and new team members
Upskilling the team and driving a strong training culture
Identifying opportunities to improve clinical workflows and assisting dentists to become more efficient
Leading by example in patient care, infection control, and clinical excellence
You'll play a hands-on role, both in the clinic and behind the scenes, and have a direct impact on the patient and team experience.
We're looking for people who are:
Highly experienced in chairside assisting
A natural leader with a supportive, can-do attitude
Passionate about helping others and improving team performance
Detail-oriented and organised
Always looking for ways to improve systems and outcomes
